Ultrasound Academy Georgia Participates in an International Conference in Yerevan
The Ultrasound Academy Georgia team is in Yerevan, Armenia, participating in the international conference “Fetal Echocardiography Masterclass.”
The Academy is attending the event at the invitation of an ISUOG Ambassador, joining specialists with a professional interest in fetal echocardiography and prenatal ultrasound.
As part of the scientific programme, participants are attending a masterclass led by internationally recognized expert Marcin Wiecheć, gaining insight into current international standards, clinical approaches, and practical techniques in fetal echocardiography.
With the support and organization of Ultrasound Academy Georgia, 20 Georgian radiologists are participating in the conference. Their involvement in international educational events provides an important opportunity to strengthen professional knowledge and practical skills, expand international professional networks, and support the implementation of international best practices in Georgia.
The Next International Event — Tbilisi
International collaboration will continue in Georgia. On 31 October, in Tbilisi, Ultrasound Academy Georgia will host the international conference “Prenatal Ultrasound in Clinical Practice – 1st ISUOG Approved Course in Georgia,” officially approved by the International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology (ISUOG).
This will be the first ISUOG Approved Course in Georgia, marking an important milestone in the development of internationally aligned continuing medical education in prenatal ultrasound in the country.
The conference will provide Georgian physicians with an opportunity to learn about current international standards and evidence-based approaches in prenatal ultrasound, gain knowledge and practical insights from international experts, and apply this experience in everyday clinical practice.
